The baby boomer generation is quickly becoming one of the largest groups in America today. By 2020 it ls estimated that the number of people age 65 and older will grow by about 40% to 55 million, at which time that age group will represent about 16% of the nation’s population. By 2040 the number of people age 65 and older will increase to over 81 million and represent a still larger 20% of the population.
We are living longer, and we need expert direction to develop a plan so our generation does not out live our money. Our office is located in the city of Tucson, Arizona on the east side of the city, but we realize that traveling to our office may not be convenient to all so we are available to come to your home or business for a consultation. Our consultations are always FREE. If you have been putting off meeting with a financial adviser or veterans benefit counselor there is no time like the present to make an appointment.
Born on Long Island New York., the only child of Sicilian parent’s Peter graduated East Islip High School and went on the S.U.N.Y. at Farmingdale. After college he worked on Wall Street for 25 years as a financial adviser, spending many years with Dreyfus funds in their personal adviser’s division advising their highest net worth clients on how to manage their wealth. In the Mid 1990’s Congress repealed the Glass Stegall which allowed Banks to own Brokerage firms, so Peter went on to manage the Investment divisions for several New York City Banks which brought investments and insurance into a banking environment, a new concept at the time. In 2006 Peter moved to Vail, Arizona being tired of commuting and the cold and weather New York. Along with Roger Bartz he founded the Senior Planning Group of Southern Arizona, which was founded to assist clients in financial services, wealth management and Roger’s passion for Veterans Advocacy. Peter lives in Vail Arizona, his favorite place In the world and is past president of the sons of Italy Old Pueblo Lodge and an active member in the Vail Chamber of Commerce, an avid motorcycle enthusiast he can be found riding his Harley’s all over Southern Arizona.
